The Colorado National Guard Achievement Ribbon. This award is to provide recognition to members of the Colorado National Guard through individual outstanding and exemplary actions, attitude, efforts, and service. Also, this can be earned by having accomplished a particular significant or noteworthy achievement or deed reflecting great credit. This award can be earned more than once and is shown by bronze service stars. |

Colorado National Guard Active Service Medal Ribbon
The Colorado National Guard Active Service Medal Ribbon. This medal is awarded to any member of the Colorado National Guard for any campaign or period of active duty under call or order by the President of the United States. This award can be earned more than once. For the first award one service clasp needs to be worn. If a soldier/airmen earn more than one, he/she can choose between wearing the service clasp they choose or wear the right number of 5/16" bronze service stars to show total number of awards. |

Colorado National Guard Adjutant General's Outstanding Unit Award With Gold Frame
The Colorado National Guard Adjutant General's Outstanding Unit Award (with gold frame). This unit award is for outstanding meritorious performance for any unit assigned to the Colorado National Guard after June 1, 1995. An outstanding devotion and superior performance of an exceptionally difficult task as to set them apart and above other similar units. Circumstances must be deemed to be extraordinary when they do not represent the normal day to day circumstances. This award can be earned more than once and is shown by bronze and silver service stars. |

The Colorado National Guard Adjutant General's Outstanding Unit Award (no gold frame). This unit award is for outstanding meritorious performance for any unit assigned to the Colorado National Guard after June 1, 1995. The Colorado National Guard Commendation Ribbon. It is awarded to a member of the Colorado National Guard who distinguishes themselves either by exceptional service or by accomplishment of a special act or deed. The required exceptional service or deed must be of lesser degree than the Colorado Meritorious Service Medal. This award can be earned more than once and is shown by bronze and silver service stars. |

Colorado National Guard Foreign Deployment Service Ribbon
The Colorado National Guard Foreign Deployment Service Ribbon. This ribbon is awarded to any member of the Colorado National Guard who has satisfactorily served the state of Colorado and the Nation on deployment to a foreign country for training for at least 4 days continuously. This award can be earned more than once and is shown by bronze and silver service stars. |

Colorado National Guard Long Service Medal Ribbon
The Colorado National Guard Long Service Medal Ribbon. This award is given to any member who has served honestly and faithfully as an officer or enlisted, or both, in or with any organization or Department of the Colorado National Guard for a period of 10 years. The period of 10 years does not need to be consecutively. For each 5 years there after, a bronze service star will show additional service. |

The Colorado National Guard Meritorious Conduct Medal Ribbon. This award is given to any member of the Colorado National Guard, while not on Federal service, distinguishes himself/herself by extraordinary heroism or endangering ones life in saving the lives of others. This award can be given to the same member and is shown by bronze and silver service stars. |

The Colorado National Guard Meritorious Service Medal. This medal is awarded to anyone who is serving in the Colorado National Guard, who distinguishes himself/herself by exceptionally meritorious service to the State. This award can be earned more than once and is shown by bronze and silver service stars. |

Colorado National Guard Mobilization Support Ribbon
The Colorado National Guard Mobilization Support Ribbon. This ribbon is given to members of the Colorado National Guard and other persons or organizations who have through their own individual outstanding and exemplary actions, attitude, efforts, and service supported the mobilization of Colorado National Guard units when called to serve their country. These actions may include support to returning units. This award can be earned more than once by qualifying campaigns. A service clasp is awarded for each qualifying campaign. If a member has more than one award, he/she can decide on wearing a clasp they choose or wear a 5/16" bronze or silver star to show total number of awards. For example, a bronze star worn will show two awards. |

Colorado National Guard Recruiting Ribbon
The Colorado National Guard Recruiting Ribbon. A recruiter from the Colorado National Guard must secure enlistment or appointment of 3 individuals within one year or 5 individuals within five years. This award can only be earned one time. |

Colorado National Guard Soldier Airman of the Year Award Ribbon
The Colorado National Guard Soldier/Airman of the Year Award Ribbon. This award is given to five members each year selected through both the Army and Air command channels. This award can be earned more than once, and is shown by bronze and silver service stars. |

Colorado National Guard State Emergency Service Ribbon
The Colorado National Guard State Emergency Service Ribbon. This ribbon is awarded to any member of the Colorado National Guard, who is called to State Duty by order of the Governor in either an active or supportive role for at least one day during a crisis within the state of Colorado. This award and the Active Service Medal should not be awarded for the same campaign. Additional awards can be earned and is shown by bronze and silver service stars. |
