The Delaware National Guard Governor's Meritorious Unit Award with Gold Frame Ribbon. The Delaware National Guard Governor's Meritorious Unit Award with Gold Frame Ribbon is awarded to those units which distinguish themselves by outstanding achievement above that of other similar units in the Delaware National Guard. The qualifications for the Unit are as follows.

-Report an average assigned strength of over 90% per year, maintain not less than 90% paid drill attendance during the qualifying year.

-Achieve a satisfactory rating on the General Inspection with no unsatisfactory ratings in any sub-areas.

-Attain the training level objective prescribed for the qualifying year.

The Delaware National Guard Medal Ribbon  may be presented to an individual by the State Headquarters, on behalf of the Adjutant General, in the name of the State, for serving in the National Guard of the State who has been called to federal mobilization by the President. Additional awards would be represented by placing a 3/16 inch gold star.

The Delaware National Guard National Defense Ribbon. The Delaware National Guard National Defense Ribbon is awarded all members serving honorably in the Delaware National Guard during the period 1 AUG 1990 to 31 AUG 1991 as well as from 11 SEP 2001 to a date to be determined.

The Delaware National Guard Recruiting Ribbon. The Delaware National Guard Recruiting Ribbon is awarded to individuals who have excelled in the field of recruiting in the Delaware National Guard, as well as those who are responsible for enlisting or appointing five individuals in the Delaware National Guard
