Hawaii National Guard 1968 Federal Service Ribbon Hawaii National Guard 1968 Federal Service Ribbon
The Hawaii National Guard 1968 Federal Service Ribbon. It is awarded to any member of the HING who was ordered to federal active duty on May 13, 1968 with a 29th Infantry Brigade unit for at least 90 days. Also, it is awarded to any member who served on federal active duty in Southeast Asia during Operation Palace Alert from June 20, 1968 to April 30, 1970.

The Hawaii National Guard Active Duty Basic Training Ribbon. This was awarded to members who successfully completed an initial active duty basic training course before October 3, 1994, and the member prior to the date was honorable. 
Hawaii National Guard Commendation Medal Ribbon Hawaii National Guard Commendation Medal Ribbon
The Hawaii National Guard Commendation Medal Ribbon. This medal and ribbon is awarded to members who distinguished themselves with acts of excellence or distinctive meritorious service. 
Hawaii National Guard Distinguished Service Order Ribbon Hawaii National Guard Distinguished Service Order Ribbon
The Hawaii National Guard Distinguished Service Order Ribbon. It is awarded to any individual that has made substantial contributions of exceptional significance to the State and its people. A single deed or action may be considered for qualification. Superior performance of normal duties will also be considered for qualification. 
Hawaii National Guard Medal for Merit Hawaii National Guard Medal for Merit
The Hawaii National Guard Medal for Merit ribbon. This ribbon is awarded to any individual who distinguishes himself/herself by extraordinary achievement, exceptionally meritorious service in a duty of great responsibility, or an uncommon act of bravery not necessarily at the risk of his/her own life. 
Hawaii National Guard Operation Kokua Ribbon Hawaii National Guard Operation Kokua Ribbon
The Hawaii National Guard Operation Kokua Ribbon. This ribbon is awarded to any member of the Hawaii National Guard who served the State in the planning, execution, and closure phases of Operation Kokua from November 17, 1996 to November 30, 1996, on the island of Oahu. Members who received the State Active Duty ribbon as a result of Operation Kokua should also receive this award. 
Hawaii National Guard Recruiting Ribbon Hawaii National Guard Recruiting Ribbon
The Hawaii National Guard Recruiting Ribbon. In order to qualify for this award, a member must provide 2 referrals to HIARNG or HIANG recruiting personnel, which resulted in those individuals becomes members of the Hawaii National Guard. The referrals must occur on or after October 1, 1996 and both individuals needs to be inducted into the Hawaii National Guard within a one year period. The other way to earn this award is if a recruiter exceeds their assigned recruiting mission for that specific fiscal year, but it can only be received afterwards
Hawaii National Guard Service Medal Ribbon Hawaii National Guard Service Medal Ribbon
The Hawaii National Service Service Medal Ribbon. This award is given to individuals who completed an accumulative of 10 years of honorable and faithful service. Additional awards can be given for each additional 5 years and this is shown by bronze kahili devices.  
Hawaii National Guard State Active Duty Ribbon Hawaii National Guard State Active Duty Ribbon
The Hawaii National Guard State Active Duty Ribbon. This ribbon is awarded to any member who distinguishes themselves by meritorious service in support of any significant military operation of a humanitarian nature as designated by declaration of emergency operation, direct support to a Homeland Defense operation or activity for a minimum of 30 days for law enforcement duties, disaster relief, public health, welfare and safety missions, or war, invasion or national emergency.
